Project Manager



We are currently working with a well-established builder in Sydney’s Inner West, that focus on Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial projects. Due to increased workload, this business is now looking to hire an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will work across a variety of assets and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Your main responsibilities: Effectively leading the construction and sub-contractor teams on-site Working on tendering, programming, scope of works, cost management and budget control Overseeing, training and developing a Contract Administrator Managing multiple projects concurrently at various stages of construction Reporting to the Construction Manager Responding to RFIs Building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally You will be/have: Degree qualified in a relevant field of study Experience using Cheops and/or Jobpac (or similar construction software) A keen eye for detail Previous experience managing projects over $50m Effective communication skills An ability to provide technical solutions and overcome challenges Benefits: Supportive business that will provide training development and career growth Work/life balance (Monday-Friday role with very occasional Saturday work) Enjoyable work culture with low staff turnover.
