With our current Conveyancing Manager taking up an internal national opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Manager to join our Brisbane based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to move into an in-house role and bring your experience into a collaborative environment. Leading a small team, working closely with 3 other State Conveyancing Managers and reporting to our National Conveyancing Manager, you will help drive best practice and provide hands-on support and advice to our team in managing and delivering residential contracts while driving the Stockland values and impacting the communities we serve. What are we looking for? You are from a property/conveyancing background You are a mid to senior level property solicitor and hold a current practising certificate, You are an experienced people leader who has managed teams of 5 or more people and embraces innovation Business Partnering comes as second nature to you – your experience working across multiple stakeholders will be key in this role Your technical skills include competency in using PEXA, DocuSign and strong drafting skills for preparing master contracts and preparing and structuring other agreements across the residential business.
