The Role Monday â€“ Friday (with rotating Saturdays), this is an opportunity to work alongside a Property Managers with a plethora of knowledge. As the new Leasing Consultant, we are looking for a talented individual that follows a streamline process. Support two Property Managers with 250 properties Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls Conduct open for inspections & private inspections Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups Conduct ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections Chase all outstanding arrears Assist with repairs & maintenance as directed by Property Managers Prepare and complete existing tenancy lease renewals and rent increase notices Maintenance of the key register for our properties Diary management The Candidate Previous Real Estate Experience Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driverâ€™s License Immaculately presented and well groomed Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic Motivated & ability to work in a team The Benefits Excellent career Progression & salary on offer Stunning modern offices in great location Multiple Office Network and award winning team Excellent training, systems, structures and procedures To Apply Please call Meg Carter on (02) 9362 8500 or 0413 338 725 or email a confidential CV to mcartergoughrecruitment.
