Project Manager - Client Side
Our client own, operate and develop a diverse portfolio of assets situated predominantly across southern Perth. Currently undertaking a significant master plan development incorporating retail, commercial, and residential components they are looking for an experienced Project Manager with client side experience to join their team. About the role Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of direct projects with a key focus around project delivery Manage and overs a diverse range of minor and major projects up to $100 million in value Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders to identify project deliverables and negotiate key objectives Chair and facilitate stakeholder and focus group meetings through all stages of the projects Work closely with the leasing and end user stakeholders to ensure each stakeholders needs are met through the construction process Provide innovative and solution focused outcomes that bring together the latest in cutting edge technology Monitor and evaluate project milestones and undertake post implementation reviews About you Experience working in a similar role ideally within development, consultancy, or client side construction Strong retail, commercial, mixed use development experience Trade or degree qualified within a construction related field High level project management skills with extensive delivery experience High level critical analysis skills with the ability to make decisions independently Proven ability of leading a cross functional team to deliver innovative and sustainable projects.
