This role is fulltime but flexible to work 4 or 5 days per week, and will provide the opportunity to develop into a Lead Educator role, so you will have the natural ability to positively encourage and motivate staff. au/centres/childcare-seven-hills/ Your key priorities: Ensure that a developmentally and educationally appropriate program is planned and implemented for each child Assess the needs of individual child, monitor their progress and ensure school readiness Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and record improvements for future programming Provide supervision, assistance and guidance to other Educators Create a friendly, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment for children at all times Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and families Develop and maintain effective communication with parents Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times Your skills and qualifications: Hold or studying towards a Bachelor or Masters of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA A current Working with Children Check (NSW) An ability to implement engaging curriculum A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dedication to developing the future of children Our staff benefits include: 30% discount on Child Care fees at any G8 Centre Discounts on groceries, fuel, household....
