bgis.com/ The Role: As an Data Analyst - Asset Management Working with internal BGIS Technical Services, BGIS Accounts and Clients on asset setup, ongoing data integrity, reporting and disposal across all Technical Service contracts. This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Contract Position.
Contract end dates are flexible dependant on project completion date. The Data Analyst - Asset Managementr is based in Northmead, Sydney. Skills & Experience: Oversight and control of database of client assets across internal and external systems â€“ Strong IT and system experience required.
Management of the Assets ( Disposals, New Asset Capture & Implementation) Analysis of conflicting data and updating databases as needed, following approval processes Review data that comes back from the field, analyse the data and perform contract variations Trend reporting on key and problem areas Excellent communication with internal, external stakeholders, as well as subcontractors Quality Assurance activities High attention to detail with contractual reporting on PPM's Competencies & Qualifications: High level written and verbal communication skills Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills Strong demonstrated experience in multiple work management systems management of maintenance activities Excellent knowledge of reporting tools both on CMMS and in other programs such as excel Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills If you would like to know more information please email recruitmentapac.bgis.com We respectfully request no agency approaches.
