You will develop and execute culture change strategies, including communication and facilitation with all stakeholders. You will have experience with Prosci model of change management.

You will work closely with Partners and Account Directors, and manage a team to deliver projects with a range of clients across financial services, technology, resources and industrial, and government. About the team. Our Risk Advisory team assists organisations in their cultural transformations.

From major operational risk transformations through to risk culture and sustainability. We are focused on the impacts that matter. Reputation is everything, and we work to ensure transformations that are effective and build trust and reputation with all stakeholders.

You will be working with risk professionals, organizational psychologists, ethicists and sustainability practitioners. Your role will be to ensure our strategic vision for change can come to life. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may be an emerging change practitioner with experience looking to apply your skills, learn from large consulting and work across variety of industries. You will have experience with impact assessment where you have helped clients or stakeholders to predict and assess consequences before the decisions are made. You will have culture change experience from either a professional services environment or played a lead role on culture transformation projects.

You will have worked across multiple business domains and can demonstrate experience ideally in the areas of change including but not limited to change program management Experience in risk transformation it is highly desirable but not mandatory Why Deloitte?
