Our client, a market leader in IT Certification and training courses is seeking an Assistant Account to join their team and support the Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities The ability to undertake the following activities: · GRNI · Repayment journals · 1st review of payment run · Payroll Tax reporting ADP to GL · Budgets and forecasting · Accrual areas such as annual leave, rent and bonuses · Super and Sole Trader payments · Cashflow forecasting · Develop three-way forecasts · Month end reporting and deadlines · Balance Sheet reconciliation Skills and Experience · Demonstrated exposure to BAS, GST and FBT · Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX · Experience with month end reporting and deadlines · Experience with Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Asset Accounting · Be working towards an accounting qualification · Excellent communication skills · Excellent teamwork skills · The ability to meet tight deadlines · Having a thirst for knowledge and Education or Training will be highly regarded Please submit your resume in WORD format Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Thank you in advance of your application.
