About the role We are seeking for a Chef with 3 or more years of experience in Portuguese/Spanish and Latino Cuisine. This role will demand lots of dedication and hours with the applicants having experience in rostering, costing of goods, menu planning, functions, stock take, training staff, dealing with suppliers as well as being able to work with pans, deep fryers, flat and char grills and running as a busy pass. We are currently seeking for an ongoing full time qualified Chef with a immediate start.

Skills and experience The successful applicant will have: Experience and knowledge in Portuguese, Spanish and Latino Cuisines Posses a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with a la Carte restaurant and functions food service Strong knowledge of relevant food safety requirements A quality driven approach to food preparation Exceptional hygiene and cleaning practices An organised approach to their previous employment A hands on approach and "can do" attitude.
