Technical Account Manager



Technical Account Manager Our client is searching for a Technical Account Manager with a background in Technical and Application Support to provide front line support to new and existing clients in a highly technical, fast-paced Agile environment. The TAM should develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions and be at the forefront of project delivery. You will provide systems support, UAT and guidance to clients and project staff during projects and further ongoing service.

Skills and experience required include; Ability to analyse existing systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement Experience working with SQL to write scripts and procedures Proven client management experience with excellent communication skills Ability to understand client requirements and workflows Expertise in identifying and resolving applications and technical issues Demonstrated ability to function independently and within a team structure in a high visibility client environment Proven time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely and accurate work The role requires an individual with a combination of technical and application support experience and is based in the heart of Sydney CBD.
