The Opportunity We currently had a great opportunity for a Manager within our Family Office team where your primary focus is to oversee a wide range of services for Mutual Trust's HNW clients.

Working with the Directors, be the key support person for clients and integrate all services into a strategic context. Our clients are sophisticated HNW families and extend across multiple generations. Key Responsibilities: Maintains primary responsibility for the management of client relationships for the Family Office team, including service delivery Planning and agendas for client meetings and oversee collating material i.

e cash flow reports, management of accounts and preparation of written summary reports Delivery of action items and attention to client specific matters Contribute to client service strategies with the team Assist in the delivery of Family Office services in line with the "Family Roadmap" and service menu including Vision and Values Program, Family Balance Sheet modelling and Family Succession Oversee and assist with: preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows About You: Degree Qualifications in Accounting / Business / Commerce CA / CPA qualified Masters of Business Administration desirable 7 years of professional finance / accounting experience Tax planning expertise within overall business strategy Interest in or desire to learn Wealth Management Ability to understand complex business / investment structures Commitment to client excellence Leadership qualities and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills High levels of drive, pro-activity, and problem-solving skills Culture & Benefits: Highly specialised and technical roles Work with industry leading experts Professional training and development for staff of all levels Annual performance payment based on business and individual performance Supported flexible work arrangements and opportunity to purchase additional leave Paid community / volunteer days and charity involvement Yearly health and well-being allowance and activities for our staff Reward and Recognition program Employee assistance program offering free and confidential counselling and support for you and your family How to Apply Please apply online with your CV in Word format plus a cover letter.
