Senior Business Analyst
Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join this leading financial services client based in North Sydney on a 3 month initial contract working as part of the Wealth Management domain. Key Responsibilities: Supports the identification of stakeholders and assists with the creation of a stakeholder matrix Assist to define a high-level current state where required and future state processes Assist to determine in & out of system process gaps and acceptable solutions Prepare for and conduct required activities Document and confirm required results Assist to specify and model requirements, including authoring Decision Papers Document detailed business requirements and assist to verify, validate and prioritise requirements Assist to define dependencies, assumptions and constraints Relevant record keeping and audit trail Role Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysts roles Wealth Management, Financial Services or General Banking Processes experience highly regarded. Planning and delivery of business analysis in a project environment Demonstrated delivery in complex projects preferred Demonstrated analytical skills Experience in Financial Planning, Banking or Finance industry preferred Experience and knowledge of Wealth business & processes would be an advantage Experience in working within a Separation initiative would be an advantage Experience with AFSL, Financial Planning Business Processes ideal.
