If the answer is yes, this large Financial Services organisation is looking for you You will support and enhance a new Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring that this enterprise-wide service continues to deliver value for the digital and customer engagement transformation. This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract that will possibly extend into a permanent role as the project transitions into BAU. Your role will include the following responsibilities: Actively participating in discovery, solution and functional design and delivery of Dynamics 365 customer-centric solutions for the business Assess impact analysis of software updates and upgrades as released by the vendor Work to support the build-out and maintain a platform roadmap to match current and future business needs with planned platform capabilities Proactively manage the support of the platform Log incidents and service requests into the IT service management tool and engage with operational support teams to help troubleshoot issues Maintain platform, network and associated application technical and support documentation You should have the following skills and experience: Experience developing and documenting functional requirements and functional designs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and display strong stakeholder management Excellent problem-solving skills and a troubleshooting mindset Core programming and technical skills required: C# .
