Customer Service Representative
This 12-month contract Customer Information Representative opportunity will have you answering inbound phone calls in our modern open plan office. Our supportive team will provide you with extensive training and support to give the best possible customer service to our valued members. Your new company Located in Canberra CBD, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) provides superannuation services and products to Australian Government employees and members of the Australian Defence Force. We have our customers best interests at the heart of everything we do. Your new role As a Customer Information Representative (CIR) you have responsibility for assisting our customers with their superannuation enquiries via phone or email.
Answering inbound phone calls and providing outstanding service by answering questions about our products, service and general inquiries will be your main responsibility. By communicating effectively and translating complex matters in a way that our customers can clearly understand you will make a difference in our members experience and satisfaction with CSC. Must be available for an interview either Friday afternoon September 13 th or Tuesday September 17 th .
