About the Role Deliver entry-level Physiotherapy clinical services as rostered within The Prince Charles Hospital in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, including the provision of after hour services, shift work and weekend services if required by the service. As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision of a more senior Physiotherapist.
Participate in professional development activities, service monitoring, quality and service improvement activities to continually improve Physiotherapy clinical services and patient outcomes. Manage an appropriate caseload using high level time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation. Provide direction, supervision and support to Allied Health Assistants.
