Position available within a reputable and growing fleet services organisation located in Murarrie. Seeking experienced Warranty Administrators. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operations of the business. We are seeking are seeking a strong Administrator to work as a Warranty and Maintenance Officer.

Your position will include, but won’t be limited to the following: Responding to online and over the phone maintenance requests from customers Reviewing work orders and ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely manner Cross checking invoices with agreed pricing structure and processing Liaise with vehicle repairers and assist in reducing repair time Processing warranty claims in line with company policies Analysis of information and warranty data Providing reports and analytics on repairs Qualifications and experience required; Demonstrated experience in Warranty Administration Minimum Certificate III in Automotive or related Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint Automotive industry experience desirable Customer focused and ability to build long term relationships Ability to foster relations and provide conflict resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to change Attention to detail with sound analytical skills In return, you will be offered the opportunity to work with a leading Industry specialist and a business that is genuinely passionate about succession planning and nurturing their team for growth..
