About the role As a Director within our Strategic and Reputational Risk practice, you will lead teams and deliver complex client engagements across our core risk culture and other services. You will also identify and generate business development opportunities by harnessing your established professional networks and building key relationships in the market.

About the team Our Risk Advisory team assists organisations in their risk culture transformations. From major operational risk transformations through to risk culture and sustainability. We are focused on the impacts that matter.

Reputation is everything, and we work to ensure transformations that are effective and build trust and reputation with all stakeholders. You will be working with risk professionals, organizational psychologists, ethicists and sustainability practitioners. Your role will be to ensure our strategic vision for change can come to life.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are an experienced leader, who inspires and develops your peers and subordinates. Your strong leadership and influencing abilities internally and external stakeholder groups will ensure your success in this position.

We are looking for an experienced risk culture practitioner who has worked across multiple business domains and has proven large organisation experience. You will have a depth of experience in risk management broadly. You will have experience establishing risk culture frameworks, undertaking risk culture assessments and successful delivery of risk culture change programs.
