Employment Opportunity Available Reception / Office Administrator We are a boutique Strata company located in Ryde, looking for a reliable, motivated and confident person to join our current team and get involved in all aspects to hold a Receptionist / Office Administrator position. Clear verbal communication and written skills are key to achieve your responsibilities of the day to day running of this full time position. Your role will include General Administration/Reception work.
including answering phones calls and directing calls to the appropriate person, taking messages, organising mail, filing, banking, data entry. Organising and confirming meetings, organising work orders and trades. Regular communication and weekly meetings with management.
Opportunity to manage social media. Our office is located close to public transport but would prefer if candidate held current drivers licence. This position does have opportunity to grow and diversify into higher Strata Managers Position if you wish to do so.
