With huge growth in the last 2 years, our Sydney office is looking to expand our Finance and Accounting business. The Role As a Candidate Manager in the Finance and Accounting team, you will be tasked with expanding and maintaining the candidate portfolio for your team. This involves, but is not limited to, connecting to potential candidates via phone, face to face meetings and evaluation as well as networking within the Sydney finance & accounting community.

As a Candidate Manager, you will be responsible for: Finding and attracting the best talent on the market Pre-qualifying candidates and evaluating their skills through interviewing Representing the best candidates in the marketplace and match them with the right jobs for your team Conducting reference check and contribute to the success of the recruitment process, supporting your team with their interaction with clients Developing your own brand on the market You will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the Robert Half business at large. As such, you will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to run and grow your business sequentially in order to maximize revenues thus ensuring your success.
