The Company A recognisable brand with a dynamic culture on the North Shore are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately on an ongoing contract. This is a full function AP position. The Role Processing of high volume of invoices Managing, scanning and filing of all invoices Monthly reconciliations to supplier statements Supplier payment runs Handling queries both internally and externally Your Skills & Experience Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
Extraordinary experience in an A/P role spanning at least two years. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills. About You You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You have a flexible outlook and are able to take care of frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
You have strong communication, customer service and social skills, especially with contacts from both technical and financial backgrounds.
