The Opportunity The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor and President (Suzhou) is currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant. Providing senior-level executive support to the Professor and Pro Vice-Chancellor and President (Suzhou), your role will be both challenging and rewarding.
You will join an emerging portfolio of the University performing duties including: Support for a busy senior executive, and other key senior members of staff Developing strong working relationships both internally and externally Providing high level operational and strategic assistance Utilising your forward-thinking nature to forecast and plan for current and future priorities Driving administrative excellence and operational efficiency To drive your success in this position, you will bring vast experience in Executive Assistant or other senior-level support positions. You will be professional, efficient and effective so as to provide the highest level of support to this busy senior executive. It would be advantageous for you to be able to communicate fluently not only in English but also in Chinese.
You will bring your exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills in tasks such as diary and email management. As a strong forger of relationships, you will know how to build, develop and sustain a strong professional network both internally and externally and influence others.
