You will work closely with our team leaders and clients to design and implement the right solution based on leading models, frameworks and technology. This role will be based in Canberra for the successful candidate, however there are opportunities to work collaboratively with our national team. Your key responsibilities You will work as part of a leading and multidisciplinary team of EHS professionals assisting organisations, agencies and departments to transform how they approach EHS. We have a particular focus on federal Government and Public service clients, but work across a range of industries and clients across Australia. The roles is Canberra based but we work collaboratively with our national team.
The work will include contributing to strategy, risk management, culture change, leadership, analytical frameworks and tools to help clients succeed and navigate complex regulatory environments. The Canberra team is small but growing rapidly, so there it is an opportunity to work closely with our senior leaders to drive our strategic growth. Consulting and problem-solving skills are essential as you will work across the broad range of EHS services we offer, including but not limited to Mentally healthy workplaces EHS Strategy, culture and leadership Strategic WHS Risk Assurance and compliance.
Skills and attributes for success Minimum two to four years demonstrated EHS experience in either the professional services/consulting industry or equivalent operational EHS experience Understanding of relevant EHS legislation, regulations, codes of practice and management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Problem solving and analytical skills Proactive approach to take initiative and identify new opportunities Hold an Australian Federal Government baseline clearance or be eligible to obtain one (Australian Citizenship required). Ideally, youâ€™ll also have Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, environmental or health sciences (e.g.
