Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer will assist with the provision of an efficient payroll service to all Computershare staff and prepare the payment of salaries, maintenance of records and provide advice to staff on salary related matters. Key responsibilities (but not limited to) include: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service Participate in the effective management and communication of information Contribute to the effective and efficient management of risk within the department Assist with the development and implementation of quality programs Assist with the provision of all wage related services Other adhoc administration duties as request by the manager To be successful in this role you will require : Solid customer service and administrative experience Strong attention to detail Proven ability to multitask and prioritise Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills A friendly and positive approach to ensure client satisfaction Keen sense of urgency and time management skills Previous exposure to Chris 21 and Kronos systems would also be advantageous About Us: Computershare (ASX:CPU) is a global market leader in transfer agency and share registration, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation and stakeholder communications.
