HRIS Reporting Analyst

Whilst we are amongst the world leaders in containing everything from washing powder to wine there is one thing we will never want to containâ€¦ You and your passion About the Role You will be the primary support for all data provision and operational reward based activities, leveraging Ororaâ€™s digital platform. With a strong customer centric and service delivery focus the role will also support other HR initiatives outside of reward and analytics, by providing back-up support to the HR and Talent administrators, and work in line with agreed service level agreements and KPIs.
What will you do in this role? Develop standard reports from SAP SuccessFactors, using Excel, to provide data and analysis on custom reporting requirements such as HR metrics, diversity data, labour reporting Administer and ensure and compliance for SuccessFactors person and position data management including all changes relating to pay and allowances, job classification, title and structure. Manage the integrity of job family and classification data in SuccessFactors, including WGEA content, with assistance from HRIS specialists Provide 1st level helpdesk support and advice on HR processes, policies and systems and escalate complex grievances or queries as appropriate Undertake 1st level HRIS troubleshooting e.g.
stalled workflows and workflow re-assignments for all modules and escalate to HRIS specialists as required Ensure all uploads and record storage in the Document Management System are compliant with guidelines around policy, security and confidentiality, as the single point of record maintenance Demonstrate a keen Continuous Improvement mindset and actively contribute to driving efficiencies in all HR processes through standardisation, including ensuring all processes are well documented and supported by instruction guides and checklists Provide lead support to the Remuneration & Benefits team for: Ad-hoc salary reviews and organisation restructures, including job evaluations, market and internal salary comparator analysis Completion of market salary surveys Co-ordination of campaigns, vendor meetings and information sharing on Ororaâ€™s benefits including Novated leasing, superannuation, etc. Provide back-up support to the HR & Talent administration team members and other ad-hoc activities as directed About You What will you need to be successful in this role? Demonstrated and strong expertise in HR analytics, developing reporting and dashboards with experience in supporting reward processes Demonstrated experience in report building, ideally previous experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central Experienced or familiar with Hay....
