The Corporate Activity Team provides administrative support to clients in relation to their corporate activity in the broad categories of capital raising, merger and acquisitions, dividends, distributions, Tax requirements and capital management. Many of our clients will raise funds via the equity market, disburse dividend proceeds, engage in takeovers or use surplus funds to buy-back shares. This activity is often critical to our clientâ€™s corporate calendar and strategic direction.
The role: We have an opportunity for someone to join the Corporate Activity team as a Project Co-ordinator supporting Corporate Actions. If you have finished your studies in finance, this is a great entry role into the Financial Services sector and working for an ASX top 50 Global organisation. It is also a great opportunity for those that are looking at changing industries as inhouse training will be provided.
The successful applicant will need to have a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving abilities, be solutions focused and the ability to work to very tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
