About the role Due to internal movements, we have a fantastic opportunity for eLearning Development & Training Specialist to join the vibrant People & Culture team on a maximum term contract until June 2020 This position is an integral function within the People Systems & Reward Team, and is part of the broader People & Culture team.
This role is primarily focused on producing online eLearning modules which align to the Organisational Development & Learning business plan. The role will also, in time, deliver systems and soft skills training or coaching to end users. The role requires flexibility, and someone who enjoys working closely with a range of teams and people.
Duties & Responsibilities The main focus for this position is to support Regisâ€™ culture of learning and development by developing and maintaining online eLearning modules that are accessed by all Regis employees. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop module scripts that align to targeted learning outcomes and online learning principles. You will responsible for building these modules into Articulate.
You will also develop and maintain video based user reference guides for all systems to support on-boarding and ongoing learning for the end user. In addition, you will deliver effective systems, and soft skill training sessions via Webinar and occasionally face to face. As a trainer, you will have a passion for educating, supporting and developing others to learn new skills in order to meet future challenges and perform to the best of their abilities.
Skills & Experience Experience using Articulate is highly desired An understanding of the aged, health or disability sector would be advantageous You would have; A natural aptitude for technology; advanced IT skills including word, excel Strong coordination role / project management skills Super organised, focused and methodical; able to multi task Able to breakdown large concepts into smaller elements Excellent writing skills â€“ grammar, punctuation, construction High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst maintaining efficient use of time Builds collaborative relationships; able to secure their time and attention; keeps people informed Able to work autonomously and work to targets / outcomes; self-motivated and solution focused Workplace Culture Regis is the support you need for the career you want.
