About the role We are searching for an experienced iteration manager to join our bank technology team and help shape our delivery capability. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bank delivery pipeline, including; Working with product owners and project managers in formation and maintenance of product backlogs Working closely with our vendors to facilitate delivery of work items and projects Facilitation of the team’s agile ceremonies, documentation and processes Promoting and enabling continuous improvement activities, collaboration and a high performing team culture Working to help remove impediments and coach the team on how to resolve them Embedding strong delivery ethos, including coaching, training, the ability to have difficult conversations and provide positive and constructive feedback The ideal candidate will have worked in an agile technology environment previously and have a strong technology, coaching and facilitation background.

Experience: Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of the SDLC 3 years in technology solution delivery and implementation, including working with agile and waterfall development methodologies Leading people and teams to achieve results, while developing clear objectives, work priorities and time frames. Strong stakeholder management, business engagement, vendor management and collaboration skills Certified Scrum Master and financial services experience are nice to haves Demonstrable skills in the following areas; written and verbal communication organisation, workload and time management problem solving, negation and decision-making people and team leadership How to Apply If this sounds like you, please APPLY NOW.
