The Sales Specialist will also be accountable for operational tasks. Sales Specialist Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day responsibilities for store operations, through regular rotational assignments. Supporting and participating in floor sales process, including providing quality presentations and product demonstrations whilst ensuring total customer satisfaction and the development of strong customer rapport. Achieving sales goals relative to store targets.
Participate in all store training to continually develop with the role and Bose. Actively promote the Bose brand and awareness to build customer advocacy. Essentials: Retail experience in a service-orientated store.
Proven sales skills in a retail environment. Customer electronics knowledge is preferred. Ability to engage a customer.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Time management skills. Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
