Leading a small but loyal team of hospitality professionals you have the ability to excel as a General Manager of a 60 room hotel and restaurant just outside of town, close the airport. We are seeking a person who has a genuine obsession for guest service and providing care to their team and guests alike. To be successful in this role it is essential that you immerse yourself in the local community and become the face of the hotel with each and every interaction.

Reporting to the Area General Manager Operations WA, you will be exposed to a highly diverse role with ‘hands on’ accountability for the Hotels Financial, Sales, Talent & Culture and Corporate Social Responsibility activity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The ability to engage with the local community Inspire, develop and lead a small team of hospitality professionals Be the driving sales force behind the hotel, seeking out business and leisure opportunities to maximise revenue Proven ability with cost controls across the property Continuous improvement with regards to product and service Ability to drive local strong brand presence Ensure consistency and high standards in cleanliness and general maintenance SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a General Manager of a similar size property Innovative approach and strong drive for results This is a live-in role with onsite furnished accommodation provided including utilities Interested?
