Loyalty and Partnerships Manager
Bluefin Resources are working exclusively with one of the World's largest hotel Chains. With a one of the company's largest Head offices based in Melbourne, this role with play an integral part in growing their loyalty programmes across the Asia Pacific Region. In this role you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team and will be working closely with the GM of Marketing in strategically evolving the loyalty & rewards program to be more compelling for members and franchisees.
You will develop multiple campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and activation. Managing existing key partner relationships is an essential part of this role, along with establishing and setting up new partnerships. You will have financial/ budget control responsibilities and work closely with multiple stakeholders internationally to ensure alignment of business priorities and strategies.
You will also work closely with the Advertising team to lead execution of loyalty and non-loyalty promotions and customer relationship management campaigns. Position Requirements: Strategy, planning & execution Develop and implement strategic plans for growing the companies membership and performance, while improving customer engagement throughout the customer journey (including program structure, member acquisition, retention & yield, Elite program, point earning/redeeming and partnerships) Develop objectives, targets and budget planning, and maintain oversight of the execution and achievement of plans Work closely with the company's International teams to identify, assess, adopt and deploy program enhancements and customer activation programs for Asia Pacific. This includes loyalty, partnerships and customer engagement teams Manage the ongoing refinement and execution of the loyalty program strategy to ensure the company is well positioned and competitive in the Asia Pacific market place.
Prepare the strategy and oversee the rollout of the Loyalty program in new markets (e.g. Japan, China, India, SE Asia) Manage vendor relationships to streamline and automate fulfilment processes for the member enrolment, member benefits, promotion fulfilment, and program reporting.
Develop and execute all processes to on-board new members into the Choice Privileges program Work with new markets (e.g. in SE Asia) to develop localised marketing materials and processes to launch program and on-board new members Partnerships Manage and optimise our local partnerships including airlines, car hire and retail Identify and develop new loyalty partners that provide benefit to our members (including in new markets e.
g. Asia) Ensure all the hotels/ properties are integrated with each of these partners and develop campaigns with each partner as opportunities arise. Ensure new properties are added to the program and terminated properties are removed.
