ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE & YOU Your remit will cover 1st level support (covering phone, email, chat, remote and face to face support), with an aim of finding a first call resolution; actively work on building and updating knowledge base articles and documentation; and contribution to delivery of IT projects as required. Interpersonally, we are looking for someone with a strong service ethic, great communication skills and excellent trouble-shooting capability. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a service/applications support role with exposure to the current MS Office suite of products.
You will demonstrate the ability to work well both autonomously and within a team, along with a great positive attitude Any prior experience gained in an ITIL environment, is an advantage.
