aspx About the branch Situated within Integrity, Assurance and Executive Services Division, the Knowledge, Privacy and Records Branch (KPRB) creates and manages policies and practices relating to knowledge management. KPRB also provides advice, training and support in the management of documents and records and manages the Department's Electronic Document and Records Management System, managed on the SharePoint platform. About the role and your responsibilities The Senior Records Specialist will assist in developing and implementing a Storage and Disposal Program that supports the Department to effectively manage its physical and digital records holdings.

The purpose of this role is to: Support the continuous improvement of the Department's records retention, storage and disposal processes. Provide contemporary expert advice on records retention and disposal for. both physical and digital holdings Provide key strategic and operational support to the Manager, Records and Digitisation Services The role requires a comprehensive understanding of, and experience in, applying the Public Records Act 1973 and related Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) Standards in a large and complex organisation.
