Recent new acquisitions & renovations makes it an exciting time to join the business This well-known pub group is in an exciting growth phase with some new key property acquisitions and renovations, lifting their food and beverage offering and delighting their local clientele We are looking for a Group Manager to oversee their soon to be 4 pubs in a role that is still hands on and involves lots of time in venue driving the team.
If youâ€™re looking for Mon-Fri 9-5 role, this isnâ€™t for you You will be responsible for: Managing, developing and inspiring the group of licensees and indirectly their tight-knit teams Working to and maintaining venue KPIâ€™s; labour, COGS, wastage etc and provide training & support around this Local area marketing - increasing awareness of new venues acquired, implementing and driving service standards and overall building of the brand Being accountable for the overall performance & profitability of each venue Itâ€™s essential that you have experience working in a group pub role previously so you can hit the ground running and have an understanding of the complexities of a role like this.
