Drop Ship Coordinator
Harvey Norman Marketplace is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their Drop Ship team based in Homebush West. This is a busy and challenging Full Time role which has a primary focus of providing support to the Harvey Norman Online team and the daily administration of accounts. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running in their area of responsibility in a dynamic working environment.
Requirements include; A self starter approach with drive, energy and flexibility Strong time management and attention to detail Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Great people skills with the ability to problem solve Robust analytical and administrative skills The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers The ability to grow and develop as the program evolves Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office skills Experience with a stock management program preferred A retail background is essential, experience in a buying or administrative office an advantage Responsibilities include; Liaising with Suppliers, Customers and other internal teams to successfully assist the Drop Ship team to exceed customer and business expectations Complete administration of orders, shipments, invoices and customers service Assisting with the stock checks, monthly mini stock takes and regular stock takes Assisting in the general administration of the Drop Ship and online area This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australiaâ€™s largest retailers.
