Hotel Service Manager
Our clients in Darwin are looking at hiring a full-time Hotel Service Manager, as our Hotel Service Managers youâ€™ll take the keys and manage the daily hotel operation ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the safe guard of the brand and its assets. Your key responsibilities include: Develop the overall hotel strategy to maximize guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction and financial performance. Promote efficient operating procedures to provide a flawless guest experience; actively engage with guests from arrival to departure.
Maintain a high level of service in all areas to our internal and external guests. Resolve problems and communicate to ensure consistency and memorable guest service. Revenue reporting HR/Payroll Control and manage expenses and labour costs Manage check ins and check outs Planning staff rosters and covering leave where required Drive sales to meet occupancy and revenue targets set by head office.
