Project Manager - Health



Position Summary As a driven Project Manager you will report directly into the Managing Director and will run multiple projects with 2 x CA's directly reporting to you. You will be given the support of both contract administrators on site as well as site managers for the delivery of projects. The role requires liaising with sub contractors, site teams, and clients as well as writing reports and monitoring the Budgets.

The role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad variety of projects and be offered both the autonomy to operate on your own, as well as the support to be developed long term. Responsibilities · Management of project (construction & administration) team · Management of project finances (revenues, costs, forecasts, reporting) · Management of project time schedule, including development, implementation, and monitoring of programs, monitoring subcontractor progress and intervention as required, monitoring off-site activities. Develop Contract Program, Construction Program and 3 weekly Program in MS Project format · Management of project quality via the implantation of a quality plan and inspection test plan use · Inspection Test Checklist · Managing company defects, defect maintenance and maintaining defects records up to and including 24 months period from practical completion · Management of project design (D&C contracts) · Design coordination including management of design deliverables via a design procurement program · Management of project industrial relations · Convening and chairing meetings as required (PCG, WHS, design, construction, Authority, Client, team) · Client liaison · Consultant liaison · Preparation of head contract variation and extension of time claims prior to submission to client About the company This well established Australian construction firm specialises in Commercial New build Health Care and High-rise throughout Sydney and Regional NSW.

High level of planning and organisational skills. Track record of liaising closely with PM’s and Subcontractors Demonstrate excellent team working skills. Excellent communication skills.
