Are you a master communicator who is experienced with white and blue collar workforces? We need a people champion As the Change Manager, you will work across multiple business areas and deliver change management activities to support the implementation of new IT systems and processes. You will have excellent team work and communication skills and an unrelenting ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships. In order to be successful, you will need the following experience and attributes; 3-5 years experience as Change Manager or Senior Change Analyst Excellent clear consultative communication skills with active listening Experience leading a change piece, managing change, training and communications as part of a major program of work Strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships working with difficult stakeholders by educating, engaging and influencing Change management certification (Prosci) highly desired Ability to develop and deliver change management plans Experience in change impact assessment and business change impact analysis Adept at developing and delivering engagement strategies and communication plans; identify, document and manage risks and issues Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges Experience working in both traditional and agile projects Able to multi task and manage multiple deliverables and schedules We are offering the successful candidate $850-900/day.
