About the Role Your role will be to support our Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator in providing an engaging person-centred leisure and lifestyle program. You will focus on wellness and provide a range of opportunities for residents to achieve physical, emotional and psychological wellness.

You will also be involved in our Annual BlueCross Extravaganza helping our residents prepare for their performances About You Excellent time management skills and problem-solving ability Sound understanding of person centred care Knowledge and ability to run a memory support program A passion for aged care and a genuine desire to have fun Outstanding communication skills Certificate III/IV in Leisure & Lifestyle Requirements specific to position Ensure that WH&S principles and guidelines are adhered to Why join BlueCross?
