BlueCross Autumdale in Cheltenham provides permanent and respite care (a short term stay in a nursing home) to 45 residents in a setting with all the charm and character of an English country cottage. About You: A registered nurse with proven experience in the aged care sector with demonstrated success in management roles.

You will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of our residents and their families and committed to delivering service excellence. You will possess a sound knowledge of ACFI, the accreditation standards, and you excel in leading, mentoring and engaging with your team. Working as a part of the Residential team you will be well-supported by a strong regional structure incorporating a Dementia Specialist, Hospitality, ACFI, Quality, People & Culture and Property Management providing you with guidance, mentoring and support.
