About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef Manager to join our catering team on a permanent full-time basis at BlueCross Willowmeade. Based in Kilmore, you will be responsible for ensuring that the meals are prepared according to individual resident dietary requirements and served according to internal guidelines. You will be responsible for performing regular audits and ensure cleaning schedules and documentation requirements are adhered to and remain compliant with the Food Safety legislation and internal procedures as well as complying with strict food safety and hygiene standards in aged care (HACCP) About You We are committed to providing our residents with the highest standards of catering and we recognise that we need passionate and skilled Chefs like you to do so You are hold relevant certificates in Commercial Cookery and as a Food Safety Supervisor and have proven experience in Aged care or the health care sector.
