Store Manager - Cafe Chain - Surfers Paradise
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the outlet and managing your team. This role is based in the heart of Surfers Paradise with super close proximity to local bus and tram stops. The Role As a Store Manager, you will be reporting to a hands-on State Manager who will be there to support you every step of the way to ensure your team and venue succeeds.
You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the outlet. These are busy outlets so you will need to be operational in all aspects of the role. A proactive approach to getting the job done will be essential in order to succeed in this position.
You will be given the tools and the required mentoring to ensure you succeed. You must lead the team by example as you will be working with a vibrant and fun team who pride themselves in providing consistent, exceptional customer experience at every touch point. It is also imperative that the successful candidate is accountable, leads the team by example (doers, not just sayers), is operationally savvy, commercially astute and an amazing leader that empower and engage with the team.
