We are looking out for Business Analysts for a Melbourne Contract - 6 Months - Possibility of extension Excellent Communication Skills Full work rights - Australian We are looking out for Business Analysts who have worked on Cards & Payments. Roles & Responsibilities: Planning of the business analysis effort, determining how requirements will be managed, and ensuring deliverables delivered meets quality and governance standards; Eliciting requirements and performing analysis of business process and documenting as-is and future-state BPMN2 business processes; Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business processes, systems, and requirements; Delivering high quality user stories, business, functional and non-functional requirement documentation; Conducting reviews with stakeholders to communicate requirements, system designs and validate proposed solutions; Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business teams/end-users, by translating technical terminology through simple oral and visual techniques and tools; Help build a culture of learning and experimentation; Constantly challenge the team to deliver value (over output) and challenge their assumptions; Actively contribute to team effectiveness; drive team culture through contribution at Community of Practice both internally and externally, active collaboration and positive behaviours; Actively participate in the adoption of lean thinking and techniques.
