To support our growth, we are seeking a Custom Specialist to drive database development by proactively seeking customers/clients and strategic partnerships with the view to increase sales and profitability. The role will be responsible for supporting the retail team to achieve targeted budgets and personal targets, provide proactive and regular feedback to retail management to identify key business opportunities, and manage ongoing client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will be: Create a positive and customer-focused sales achievement environment Ensure VM standards are always met and upheld Ensure the store is continually meeting operational standards and all staff are adequately trained Work with management to create innovative sales opportunities for the company Customer and client account management - custom specific Actively develop custom sales, clients, and corporate/strategic partners Drive the custom program with both current and new M.J.
