TMHA is now looking to further grow our HUSKI product range and drive awareness of construction equipment which it can provide to customers. We are recruiting for a dynamic, experienced and knowledgeable Product Manager to identify and analyse trends in the Australian market in order to develop and implement plans to assist branch network with achieving profitable sales and service outcomes of HUSKI construction equipment. The position is based in Moorebank, NSW and reports to the General Manager - Compliance and Project Development.

The key functions of the role will be as follows: Develop and implement sales and business development plans for TMHA HUSKI construction equipment product range based on market analysis, research and market indicators. Analyse market trends for construction equipment in Australian market and prepare sales forecasts. Project Manage the implementation of TMHA HUSKI construction equipment sales solutions for TMHA customers.

Develop a strong channel of communication with OEM factories in order to improve product and service offerings to TMHA customers. Forecast expected orders with delivery and installation times by managing TMHA inventory levels to meet branch network and customer expectations. Support and assist in the development and implementation of product training for sales teams across TMHA network in order to support sustainable growth of construction equipment production sales and solutions.

A successful candidate will have: Practical experience using construction equipment and awareness of application in commercial/ industrial construction Mechanical trade or engineering experience in commercial/ industrial construction environment (most desirable) Experience in direct sales and identifying market trends in construction industry Strong experience in developing and implementing business development plans and project managing plans Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with OEMs and customers Strong computer skills with using databases and MS excel to analyse data TMHA is committed to ongoing growth and development of its employees.
