Jump onto the express elevator and take your career right to the VERY top This leading Australian distributor and installer of quality European elevators and related equipment wants to lift you up too As the head for their NSW Branch, you will be responsible for overseeing all Sales, project management and installation activities created by your teams and will be comfortable being the first point of contact regarding direction and requirements covering lift sales and installations in accordance with Australian standards. You will be a hands on General/Operations Manager, or a strong Sales Manager looking for the next opportunity in your career progression, who will support the team pulling together proposals & tender documentation, ensuring customer/prospect follow up, negotiation and eventually securing the deal and then directing and co-ordinating project management, WIPs status until installation completion. As you progress and take on more operational responsibilities you will get close to the customers, negotiate supplier agreements and purchase all assets to complete company growth and goals.

The majority of your time will be spent producing clearly communicated time lines to your team and tenaciously following these up to clarify customer needs and specifications ensuring you and they have all the information needed to complete the project successfully and ensuring your team are producing key results complimenting the sales growth for NSW. This role will utilise your technical, mechanical, engineering or construction background and management experience across business planning and review, strategic growth, talent acquisition, training and retention programs, as well as the ability to develop and promote the company image along with marketing collateral, best branding and new product release, you will also need intermediate MS Office computer skills, be familiar with excel for reporting purposes.
