This organisation is a leading provider of integrated facilities services with clients across Australia and New Zealand. With over 25,000 employees they deliver tailored solutions for over 1,000 clients. The role of the WHS Advisor will report directly into the Head of WHS for this business unit.
You will be instrumental in helping deliver the safety framework and communicate this across the business. A key part of this role will be to drive cultural and behavioural change throughout all levels of the business whilst influencing leaders and the safety professionals. You will provide support to a number of large construction projects and assist in the development of SWMS, undertake critical risk observations and deliver tool box meetings alongside providing day to day HSE support.
This role will interact with, support and coach front line Managers and Supervisors to drive a level of accountability and how to implement behavioural change across their operations and projects. This opportunity would suit an individual from a high risk and blue collar industry whom already has a deep understanding of a diverse workforce. You will be required to have previous experience within a similar role however may be seeking the next step up in your career.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships to drive the change needed across a number of projects.
