Employee Relations Advice Specialist
Leading Financial Services company require a Leader Advice Specialist on a six month Fixed Term Contract within their Lead Advice Team managing the Workforce transition portfolio- providing coaching and governance services to employees and leaders across the business on complex people related matters, relating to workforce change and transformation. Must have strong knowledge and interest in employment relations, and experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver workforce change initiatives, including implementations of restructures and/or M&Aâ€™s. This is not a HR generalist role, more of an ER role and the person needs to quite strong willed and able to have challenging conversations around redundancies, operational model changes etc.
