Business Analyst - Transportation and Logistics Transformation 3 month contract IMMEDIATE START Daily rate: $600-700 per day Our Client and Opportunity National well-known client that's been in business for over 100 years are undertaking a transformation of their ERP transportation and logistics systems. The solution will provide real time information of national deliveries, product and location for consumers and the business to monitor, manage and track the consumption of product and services. The role of the Business Analyst will be to be support the Project Manager, communicate with the businesses and drive the project outcomes through business analyst activities in a fast-paced project focused environment.
Responsibilities: Work with IT leadership and business management to develop and deliver a world-class transportation management system that is scalable to the growing customer base and business expectations of operation excellence. Plan and execute relevant aspects of the project pipeline as per the scoping and gathered requirements. Provide forecasting and reporting on the project scope and roadmap.
Develop strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment of outcomes, agreement of timeframes and clarity of scope. Communicate outcomes, risks and issues to stakeholders to ensure full transparency and enable required decision making. Manage vendor relationships as it depends on daily operational needs.
Essential: Demonstrable experience working on ERP integration-based projects Experience in transport, logistics, supply chain and retail would be desirable. Proven past performance in translating and communicating complex technical information to executive level non-technical management. Advanced planning and organisation skills.
Strong influencing, written and oral communication skills.
