Team Leader - HVAC



This is no ordinary Team Leader role, the primary responsibility is the operational delivery, for a dedicated portfolio across multiple trades, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire (MEF) with some support in Plumbing and General Maintenance. The role: The Team Leader will be client facing and is primarily responsible for the growth, development and management of this Key Account, ensuring all KPI's and SLA's are achieved. Your responsibilities: Monthly client meetings KPI & SLA Management Customer Satisfaction - workflow management To effectively identify; quantify and close growth opportunities within the account To prepare and present reports as required About you: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the HVAC industry Successfully managed a major HVAC client or account previously.

Superior communication skills - verbal and written Formal qualifications such as Dip of Business or similar, highly regarded This role is a great opportunity for an Account Manager who is looking to step in to a Business Unit Manager role or a HVAC Service Manager who is looking to join a growing and stable Facilities Group.
