About The Role This is a great opportunity to join the team, the main responsibilities of the role include scheduling technicians work and rescheduling last minute when priorities change. A large part of the role is speaking to customers/ technicians, educating them and helping them, patient and a flexible attitude are required.
The role has a heavy administration aspect as the successful candidate will be required to upload contracts into PRONTO the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, be customer service orientated, good at scheduling/ multi-tasking, in addition to experience with CRM systems. Or alternatively, the successful candidate will be bright, professional with the right attitude to learn & succeed in the role.
This role will also suit a candidate whom likes to work both in teams but also autonomously. This Package Includes On offer is a Permanent position. This is a great opportunity to get a foot through the door with a leading International organisation and start building a career.
The position is based in Salisbury and there is onsite parking available.
